Overview:
This series of automatic pump liquid/semi-fluid filling machine is a new product developed by our company to meet the market demand and introduce foreign advanced technology. This machine uses a metering pump (rotor pump) to perform filling, and is widely used in liquid/semi-fluid packaging in pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, food, cosmetic and other industries. According to the actual production volume of the user, different filling heads and pump body specifications can be selected, and it can be conveniently linked to the bottle unscrambler, capping machine, etc. for production.
Features:
1. This juice sealing machine uses a stepping motor to control a high-precision rotor pump to perform metering filling. The filling adjustment range is large, and the filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted easily. It overcomes the traditional troubles of slow filling and small filling range from the root.
2. The filling nozzle is equipped with a special anti-leakage device, so there is no wire drawing or dripping during filling.
3. Man-machine interface, parameter setting, call parameter group convenient and quick, PLC programmable control.
4. Intuitive digital display is operated by touch screen. Just set the proportional value input speed and the number of milliliters in a single bottle, and then it can be filled directly. The operation is simple and the adjustment is fast.
5. Equipped with the function of no bottle no filling, the liquid level automatic constant system controls the automatic feeding to ensure the stability and accuracy of filling. Bottles of different shapes and specifications can be quickly adjusted without replacing parts. The adjustment is simple and can be completed in a short time.
6. Humanized design, PLC control system, man-machine friendly window dialogue, combined with frequency conversion speed regulation application linear adjustment, compact structure and stable operation; with fault self-diagnosis function, fault display is clear at a glance, and the degree of automation is high.
7. The rotor pump type filling is easy to clean and saves materials; and the program of this machine is specially equipped with an automatic easy-cleaning function, and the cleaning can be performed with one-key operation on the touch screen, which is simple, convenient and fast.
